When providing your ad art, please consider the following:

Accepted Digital Files:

+Adobe Photoshop: Files should be at minimum 300dpi & CMYK
+PDF: Optimized PDF's should be high-res & CMYK.
+Scans: Scanned art and photos should be 500dpi plus & saved in TIFF format.
+TIFF: Should be at minimum 300dpi, flattened, & CMYK.

*RGB files in any format will not separate properly when made into film. The Ultimate High School Sports Guide is not responsible for the conversion of RGB files to CMYK files because the resulting print colors will be affected.

Proofs:

We request a color proof with all disks. The Ultimate High School Sports Guide requires at minimum a black and white print of the ad for proof purposes.

Faxed Proofs:
